Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Birdie (the “Game”) operated by exzizt (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or its content, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
The Game may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. In-app purchases are non-transferable and tied to your account. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

All content in the Game — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, text, code, and the “Birdie” trademark — is owned by exzizt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Your gameplay progress is linked to your Google Play Games account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Game displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any products/services they promote. Interaction with advertisers is at your own risk.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or that it will be free from interruptions or errors.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, exzizt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
